Helping Individuals & Families
995 Lutz Street, Franklin Square
Tuesdays – Thursdays – 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
We do not ask if you are Catholic – only if you are hungry! Our Food Pantry provides non-perishable foods and daily living supplies to individuals families need. Donations of food and daily living supplies are always welcome and can be left in our special “Outreach Bins” located in the Sienna Center Upper Lobby before or after Masses.
At Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas ‘all the fixings’ baskets filled with seasonal food are delivered to ensure individuals and families can enjoy a day of prayer and celebration in their home. These baskets are delivered by volunteer outreach ministers, members of our parish family and the help and support of our local Knights of Columbus Council – Twelve Apostles #5001.
Our Parish Outreach Gift Giving Program welcomes gift cards (Up to $25 per card for local supermarkets, drugstores or from a bank) throughout the year. We also hold special Outreach Gift Program prior to Christmas Season to provide gifts and gift cards for families to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and share God’s blessings in their homes.
Please call 516-437-2750 #6 or Ext. 123 if you or someone you know is in need. All info is kept strictly confidential. We are here to help those in need!
